Juvenile shoots at undertrial at Tis Hazari court

Tis Hazari courts in north Delhi witnessed chaos on Tuesday afternoon after a teenager opened fired at an undertrial in full public view. The undertrial, Dinesh Karalia, was shot in the back and is being treated at a hospital.
