13-judge strong Telangana HC will sit from today

Marking the fulfilment of a long-cherished dream of the people of Telangana, an independent Telangana high court finally came into being on Tuesday. The new HC will commence operations from January 2. Chief Justice Radhakrishnan, who is one of the 13 judges allotted to Telangana high court, has constituted three division benches.
