T'gana: Crime rate dips, SC/STs still vulnerable

The overall number of crimes had gone down by five per cent but there was a there was a three per cent increase in crimes against members of Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (SC/STs) in 2018, state police said during its annual press conference.
